A little alliteration a maison! 

This week I made Friyay fried rice with tofu (which could also be a meatless Monday).

 Thai Thursday was chicken and broccoli  with Thai flat rice noodles (from Thai Kitchen).  img_6626

On Taco Tuesday, We used McCormick’s Taco seasoning blend for the chopped meat and El Paso corn taco shells. ( Please excuse the hands!) 

  I’m a little out of order – but it was  a yummy week! And fun! Since I’m eating at home more often than not, we get into menu ruts, but this week we enjoyed the international flavor and I stayed safe. Yay!
