Of course this soup is gluten free, but I have to state that since I don’t use any gluten thickeners!
Anyway… super easy recipe:
Ingredients:
Chopped onion
Peeled and cubed squash
Peeled, cored and cubed apple
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Ginger
Salt
Pepper
Curry
3C. Water
Cooked on low for 6 hours and ended with an immersion blender and enjoy while it’s warm!
