Today I was up by 5:30 and got my day started off a little earlier than usual. I had a delicious cup of coffee and chopped up a banana and carrot sprinkled with cinnamon to have for breakfast alongside an egg.
I headed off to the gym for a strength training session. Man – it was so hard today with the humidity…but worth it!
Lunch today was a simple tuna salad salad.
I get tuna canned in water and then rinse in a colander as an extra precaution.
I spent a little more time today reviewing The Paleo Diet’s recipes. It is going to be a fun challenge to incorporate some more healthy lifestyle changes in our home!
