Hallelujah! Yay for good food, good weekends and good health!
This weekend was fun and kept me on my toes. My toddler is going through a really fun exploratory phase and it’s just great to see the world through his eyes.
Variety is also refreshing…but especially when you have a really restricted diet.

So, the update on the coconut yogurt is that it…needs a LOT of work. Yeah. I need to change something. Although the taste was “meh” the consistency was like soup! I’ve had great success with traditional yogurt-making, so this experience has been humbling. Have you ever tried to cook or bake something with substitute ingredients?
