‘But I spit it out!’ I thought. The little intestinal villi don’t seem to care…
I’ve been so ‘good’, never cheating on my gluten free diet, and I put one forgotten baby puff in my mouth to encourage the baby to eat and I’m back to square 1 (I usually get the happy puffs that are gluten free but was at a store that had these knockoffs that aren’t gluten free 😦 and yet another reason to never encourage your baby to eat by demonstration and always have baby eat gluten free, too)
At any rate, gluten is the devil and I felt like @#$% today. What a difference a day makes.
Anyway, I did spit it out and chased any remainders with water, water, and more water.
