It’s June and the weather is AMAZing! Perfect day for some gardening!
This morning got off to a great start. My little one and I headed down town for the local story time for tots after a granola breakfast. They have tons of toys for little ones to play with after the story…so we were in deep with toy tambourines and maracas. Let me tell you, it’s a daily dance party with this one!
He’s awesome! Anyway, onto snappy snacks. I love Chobani’s Greek Yogurts. This is a great snack if you can tolerate the lactose…you get the good probiotics/calcium, a little protein, and a bit of sweet berry. Yum!
Lunch today was a simple salad with leftover chicken from a dinner this week. This seems to be my go-to lunch (salad with some protein)and it works especially when my day is busy and I don’t have too much time for preparation. I used Annie’s balsamic dressing (hers is a great gluten-free/organic line) atop a bed of super greens kale and spinach.
Tonight is Taco Tuesday!! Well, Gluten Free Taco Tuesday. My husband picked up these corn tortillas and I’m truly hoping they are easy on the estómago! ¡Deséame suerte!
