There are so many helpful ways to keep our kitchens Gluten Free. Here are six practices I have found helpful.
1. Try to eat whole foods.
2.Check all labels for Gluten Free marking.
3. Put Gluten Free food into containers to prevent cross contamination.
4. For easy access and staying Gluten Free with snacks, use see-through containers.
5. Invest in a dedicated gluten free toaster, cutting board, nonstick pans and colander.
6. Always wash hands before preparing, cooking, or eating food.
